How many new IP Addresses will you be needing, and what will they be used for?

Connection Type Connected Routed to Firewall or Router

Justification is required for each IP address beyond the number of physical hosts. Web hosting generally does not meet this requirement.

All IP Addresses allocated and/or assigned by Optic Fusion to the customer are non-portable. In the event that the customer wishes to discontinue service from Optic Fusion they must return the IP Addresses. No IP space from Optic Fusion is ever portable.
